The Oconee Club at Reynolds Plantation, Greensboro, Georgia
35,000 SF/Three-story building composed of stacked field stone base, cedar shake wall shingles, a standing seam and architectural shingle roof system, extensive stone accents, intricate exterior trim package and accent columns. Large covered porches, field stone patios and expansive outdoor dining areas, along with stacked field stone retaining walls that highlight the extensive landscape and hardscape features surround the building. The upscale golf clubhouse features a full service dining room and kitchen, pro shop, men’s and women’s locker rooms, bar and lounge, massive stone fireplaces, extensive furniture grade heart pine trim and interior finish packages, as well as, slate flooring. The second level is accessed via either elevator or grand staircase with a balcony overlooking the lower level. The basement level houses golf cart storage and repair, employee locker room, club fitting room and retail storage. A 1,250 SF Golf Starter House will sit adjacent to the main clubhouse.

Ritz-Carlton Spa at Reynolds Plantation, Greensboro, Georgia
26,000 SF/The two-story upscale spa is comprised of a stacked stone base and cedar shingles, architectural shingle roof, intricate exterior trim package, covered walkway to the Ritz Carlton Lodge and extensive landscape and hardscape features. The first level features an indoor lap pool, juice bar, fully equipped gym, aerobic studio and salon. The second level houses a retail shop, men’s and women’s locker rooms, steam rooms, saunas, plunge pools, massage and facial rooms, men’s and women’s lounges and a balcony overlooking the pool. The interior is finished with pine and cypress millwork, granite stone and tile flooring, bamboo wood flooring, architectural wrought iron railings; interior stacked stone fireplaces, and decorative light fixtures.

The Shops at Hamilton Mill, Hoschton, Georgia
100,000+ SF/Consisting of 6 Single Story Retail Shops constructed of brick, steel and glass. Tenants include Mellow Mushroom, The Field House, and Japanese Steak House.

Douglasville Professional Building, Douglasville, Georgia
16,500 SF/Single Story Office Building constructed of steel, brick and glass. Tenants include Temple Inland and Home Banc.

Ritz Carlton/Reynolds Plantation, Greensboro, Georgia
Projects include construction of the Pool Bar and Grill, Bakery, Site Lighting, Finishes in all of the Banquet Rooms, Main Lobby, Ritz Carlton Suite and Lounge.

Nesbit Ferry Private Mini Storage, Roswell, Georgia
80,000 SF/Eight Building complex includes two (2), two story climate controlled buildings, one office/warehouse building, one large bay storage building, three single story climate controlled buildings and a two story wood framed management/apartment building. The complex utilizes both conventional structural steel with precast concrete plank as well as pre-engineered steel structures with a masonry and architectural metal panel exterior skin.

ATEX Manufacturing, Gainesville, Georgia
70,000 SF/Design/build construction of non-woven fiber filament manufacturing plant for Atex s.r.l., Settala Italy, Facility constructed of conventional steel frame, tilt-wall concrete, PVC roof, high performance metal panel and reflective glass curtain wall and will accommodate production operations, distribution, laboratory and administrative offices. Facility features high-bay temperature and humidity controlled production area with 40’ tall tilt-wall panels, an 8” slab-on-grade with extensive in-slab utility feeds and condensate piping.

Town Square Condominiums, Decatur, Georgia
400,000 SF/5-Story complex consisting of 140 condo units, 15 retail shops and a parking deck. Constructed of post tension concrete, block, structural steel and wood framing.

United Artist Theater, Alpharetta, Georgia
34,000 SF/ Accelerated new construction of an eight-screen movie theater with structural steel and cmu frame and brick and storefront exterior.

Medical/Dental Clinic, Ft. McPherson, Georgia
77,000 SF/New construction of a medical building with laboratories, radiology, pharmacy, physical therapy, medical clinics, dental clinic and administrative offices.

Holiday Inn Renovation, Charleston South Carolina
70,000 SF/complete renovation of a 126-room full service hotel in the Charleston historic district. Work includes asbestos abatement, demolition of all non-structural components, new construction of all exterior and interior walls, systems, and finishes.

Skyland Trail Health & Education Center , Atlanta, Georgia
31,000 SF/Two building mental health complex. One two-story building houses treatment and administrative areas, full service kitchen, dining room, pharmacy, and beauty salon. A single story building will accommodate a multipurpose gymnasium/auditorium, aquatic center and woodworking shop. The buildings are surrounded by heavy landscaping and connected via a garden courtyard.

St. James Catholic Church, Madison, Georgia
Renovation of existing facility including replacement of windows, addition of brick wainscot and improvement of parking lot.

Phipps Plaza Renovation, Atlanta, Georgia
50,000 SF/Interior and exterior renovation of common area in an operating shopping mall. Scope of work included curved center court staircase, custom millwork, imported Italian marble, Custom cast bronze and glass handrails and stone flooring.

MARTA Buckhead Station, Atlanta, Georgia
New construction of a mass transit rail station in the middle of Georgia 400 in the Buckhead area of Atlanta.

Wingate Inn, Duluth, Georgia
50,000 SF/New construction of a five story, 92 room limited service hotel complete with indoor spa and outdoor pool.

Wingate Inn, Oxford Alabama
44,000 SF/New construction of a four story, 81 room limited service hotel complete with indoor spa and outdoor pool.

Fairfield Inn, Gastonia, North Carolina
43,000 SF/New Construction of a four story, 80 room limited service hotel complete with indoor pool.

Classroom and Commons Building, Atlanta, Georgia
36,000 SF/New construction of a classroom, laboratory, and library building.

Kmart Expansion, Wilmington, North Carolina
25,000 SF/asbestos abatement and demolition of existing grocery store and converting it into new retail space for adjacent Kmart store.

Rhodes Furniture and Gap Old Navy Clothing, Alpharetta, Georgia
20,000 SF/new Construction of a 20,000 SF and 40,000 SF retail shell building

Spring Hill Suites, Alpharetta, Georgia
70,000 SF/3-Story, 110 room hotel which included a pool, spa and meeting rooms. Constructed of concrete and steel.

Wal-Mart Supercenter, Thomasville, Alabama
190,000 SF/Scope of work included grocery, retail, auto center, nursery and pharmacy.

Bluefield Plaza, Bluefield, West Virginia
175,000 SF/Scope of project included 110,000 SF K-Mart, 65,000 SF Food Lion grocery store. Extensive D.O.T. work with over a million yards of earth placed.

Kroger City Center, Atlanta, Georgia
120,000 SF/Kroger with an inside bank, restaurant, dry cleaner and shops. The largest Kroger in the country at the time of construction.

Cub Foods, Douglasville, Georgia
78,000 SF/Masonry skin structure with high tech refrigerant and communication systems.
