 Our Story...
At Oconee Construction Services, LLC we are construction professionals. We’ve worked our way up in the construction business; from laborer to carpenter to foreman to superintendent, from estimator to office engineer to project engineer to project manager to construction manager. We know construction – how it goes together – how it flows – what works – what doesn't. We have worked for the large commercial contractors and have built large commercial projects.
Our previous experience with those contractors includes high profile projects like the renovation of Phipps Plaza in Atlanta, construction of the Ritz Carlton Spa at Lake Oconee, The Oconee Clubhouse at Reynolds Plantation, and the Buckhead MARTA station, along with numerous hotels, retail and grocery stores, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial facilities, condominiums, movie theaters, and religious facilities.
After spending over 20 years each "paying our dues" and gaining invaluable experience and expertise, we decided to take that next step. In 2003 we formed Oconee Construction Services with the idea that we can do something few construction companies can – we can bring over 40 years of experience directly to each project we build! Not the company's experience or upper management's experience but experience on the project making the decisions and giving direction daily. Our job satisfaction comes from being an integral member of the project team and using our extensive expertise to make that project – your project – the best it can be. Our proven track record with repeat clients confirms the value we bring to our projects.
