The Island Pig
6,500 SF new construction of a caribbean island themed restaurant. The serving line area and dining room have painted floors, painted murals on the walls, applied fiberglass and wood accent pieces, and ornamental lighting. The restaurant has an entertainment side that has a stage, dance floor, carpeted table areas, sound system, plasma TV’s, painted exposed structure, and two large restrooms. The kitchen area has quarry tile floors and FRP walls, complete commercial kitchen equipment setup, and a smoker.

Richland Creek
4,000 SF new construction of a restaurant with a full service kitchen and bar. The dining room and bar areas feature wood wainscot and painted walls, crown and chair rail moldings, stained concrete floors, painted exposed structure, and track lighting. The bar is a custom designed and built front and back bar with wood tops. The kitchen area has FRP walls and an epoxy based floor system.

Baristas Café & Coffeehouse
3,500 SF upscale coffeehouse and café. This space has a large kitchen area with quarry tile flooring and FRP walls. Dining area has exposed painted structure ceiling and tile floors.

El Llano
3,000 SF new construction of a Mexican restaurant with a full commercial kitchen and bar area with quarry tiled floors and FRP walls. Dining room includes carpeted floors and painted walls.

Hug’s Italian Restaurant
2,196 SF family oriented Italian restaurant with full service kitchen and dining area. The dining area has painted concrete floors and painted walls. The kitchen area has FRP walls and quarry tile flooring.
