New construction of an entire community amenity and recreation complex. Work includes a 7,500 SF/ 185,000 gallon freeform resort style swimming pool with a 20 ft high water slide and tower, zero level beach entry, 14,000 SF of decorative concrete hardscape, children's wet deck splash area, poolhouse with restrooms, showers, and future snack bar, equipment building, trellises, pergolas, swings, playground, and multipurpose field. New construction of a wood framed golf cart storage building and a maintenance building. Construction consists of wood framing, prefabricated wood trusses, standing seam metal roofing, hardiplank and stucco exterior, and custom light fixtures.

Creek Club Amenity Buildings
New construction of six restroom and amenity buildings at the Creek Club Course at Reynolds Plantation. The buildings are consist of stacked stone exterior wainscot, heavy cedar trim, stucco, cedar shake roofing, interior wood wainscot, stonhard flooring, and Ipe custom wood cabinets.

The Lake Club Marina at Reynolds Plantation
5,000 SF new construction of a marina retail and service facility. This facility features 3 service bays, parts storage rooms, service offices, retail sales floor, offices, and guest restroom facilities. The project is constructed of a wood framed structure over concrete basement walls, stacked stone, cedar shakes, hardi trim, tongue and groove cedar ceilings, carpet and ceramic tile flooring.

The Heritage Nature Center at Reynolds Plantation
4,700 SF new construction of a nature center with extremely high end finishes. This project features stacked stone walls, fireplaces, and patios; structural timber framing with pegged mortise and tenon connections, full basement, real cedar shake and galvalume metal roofing, copper gutters and downspouts, reclaimed wide plank wood flooring, and extensive interior millwork, cabinets, and trim.

The Tennis Pro Shop at The Lake Club, Reynolds Plantation
3,300 SF new construction of a tennis pro shop building for the Lake Club at Reynolds Plantation. This facility consists of cedar timber framed porches, cedar siding, architectural shingle roofing, tile flooring, wood paneled walls, and corian counters.

Nail & Tan Spa
1,800 SF nail and tanning salon with eight pedicure stations, five nail stations, and four tanning rooms. This space has a combination of tile and carpet flooring, tile and painted walls, and upgraded plumbing and electrical systems.
